About Us

Natalie is a 2003 graduate from the University of Missouri Columbia, with a BA degree in Business Marketing.  She has put her degree to work in the Securities Market, Legal Market and Investment Banking Market.  She is a Website Designer, Marketing Specialist, and Director of our Business Development branch.  Natalie has produced hundreds of info graphics, business articles, product information documents, company newsletters, etc. to help clients manage their business and product visibility.  

Jesse is a 2001 graduate from the Missouri University of Science & Technology (Rolla), with a BS in Civil Engineering.  Jesse received, and maintains, his Missouri Professional Engineering License in 2006.  Jesse has worked for the Missouri Department of Transportation, as a Resident Engineer overseeing South & West St Louis County construction projects, and for St Louis County Department of Transportation, as both a Regional Engineering Supervisor in the Construction Division and as the Chief Materials Engineer for the County.  In addition to his government employment, Jesse has also worked in the private sector for a major consultant engineering firm, serving as a Business Unit Leader over Construction Services, and most recently has held the position as Interim Executive Director for the Missouri/Kansas Chapter of the American Concrete Pavement Association.  Jesse also maintains Certification as a Certified ADA Coordinator through the Great Plains ADA Resource Center.  Jesse has served hundreds of clients with their pavement, ADA, construction, and general engineering needs.  Jesse is also a highly recognized and called upon technical trainer, providing dozens of specialized trainings each year to city/county/state clients looking for staff education & development opportunities.
